You should have gone on that day and change the day. I was 2 times and they very easy change date because very often rain and fog in last couple of days. So, I would suggest to go there, explain and ask for another termin. Im pretty sure that they will make a favor. Good luck!
i don't know well...in my thought, they can't refund 100% but they can change your schedule.
