No one answers their phone and when they do you get redirected to a dead line been trying to contact for a literal week.

So far the staff are decently helpful. This is the main office (HQ) for all things NYCHA.
Im inclined to believe that they own this building. Their training staff is helpful, and they give you what you need to know as far as being part of the staff. Most tenant issues can be handled at the branch offices.
Security locked down; can only get in by appointment.
Unless you have business here, its best to admire from afar.

Take the 2 train downtown to Chambers. And walk back up to Broadway. From there walk towards Cityhall to 250 Broadway.
