Good morning, I'm a Resident in Queensbridge Housing Apartment I have a blind mother and my kids r getting sick from not having any HEAT OR HOT WATER. I CAN'T WASH THEM UP WE HAVE TO HEAT THE HOUSE UP BY THE OVEN. WHICH IS NOT SAFE .WE PAY RENT
