These people do not service the elderly properly. The building at 150 Malcolm X Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11221 has not had heat in the building since October 2021. There have been extremely cold days and it doesn't make sense for the elderly to have no heat! Having to use heaters to heat their apartment, especially after the situation that took place in the Bronx where several family members were killed and lost their lives. Due to the inadequacies of slum Lords not taking responsibility to maintain proper heating systems in the buildings they own. The same goes for New York City Housing Authority as known as NYCHA. When will the heat be restored at 150 Malcolm X Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11221?

The neighborhood is nice and upcoming. But the NYCHA Development can be violent at times but still quiter than most other NYCHA Developments near by.
