OMG! The facility is beautiful, the engineer (it's a recording studio/multi-media school) was effective and efficient! A wonderful experience!

Publicly I can say I believe the now Berklee College managed Avatar is in a renovation period for a few months preparing it for educational operation alongside the usual private operation. But don't take that as a hard fact as plans could have changed and my info incorrect. This is by no means an official statement for Avatar. Best thing to do is call the studio, reach out on the website and thru Berklee College of Music and I'm sure you'll find out what the status of Avatar is ATM.

As it is now owned Berkeley School of Music, Is new Power Station open for general clients and private bookings or is it for the school’s clinical use alone?

It is remaining a commercial studio, so they are taking regular bookings. It is now called Power Station / Berklee NYC
