They do not have most of the parts that I seek for my car like the flex wheel or fly wheel. Usually they do keep me waiting in line due to them attending to their everyday needs.

Excellent customer service and quite knowledgeable staff. If they don't know the answer to something, they actually try and find the answer. Carquest carries a lot of parts that O'Reilly's and AutoZone don't. Remember though, this particular location is a small one. Most likely the part isn't kept in store due to space limitations but 9 times out of 10, they can order it in.
