No, not on the outside viewing platform. You arrive inside were there is a coffee shop and souvenir shop, upstairs from there is a bar / restaurant. The entrance is inside the Mall at Hudson Yards, plenty of shops and coffee shops. Views are amazing and the surrounding area below has street vendors. It's right beside the Vessel. Hope this helps

I'm not sure of the exact height of the building. However, if you are afraid of heights prepare yourself! You will be 1,131 feet above ground exactly 100 stories above NYC. The elevator offers a stimulating experience as you climb 100 floors in 52 seconds. Super cool family adventure. GO FOR IT!
