Wow, this was the most annoying and horrible excuse for a tour I have ever experienced. The hostesses could not read the audience were loud, annoying and provided no useful information or insight into the city, the joke of a tour was a few circles around time square while horrible staged street performers appeared and contributed absolute cringe worthy performances. On top of this they loop the worst digital music from the late 90s throughout the entire tour. This is an absolute scam if you’re looking for an actual tour of NYC…this is a NYC traffic experience in and around time square while testing your patients and cringe levels…you’ve been warned…honestly just don’t

A MUST do the next time you are in NYC! Every seat is a front row seat. Our hosts were a lot of fun. I won’t spoil the surprises, but watch out for the Ballerina….

Rather disappointed by this activity. Nothing original in this visit only for English speakers. (Not even a brochure in French..) Moreover, the photos through the striped windows are of very average quality. In short, I do not recommend this activity too expensive for the result obtained.

Don't waste your time, it is totally a tourist trap. Even if you have the NY pass, dont go there: it's not worth it and you will lose precious time to visit other attractions. We have just lost ours and don't hope the same for you.

We booked a few hours ahead of time. We were there during the slow season though. If you’re looking to absolutely do this attraction, I would definitely recommend booking further in advance then we did.
I would not do that is completely in English.

Yes, you enter the link of the ride from the app, choose the day and time, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code that you will show when uploading. I recommend arriving 30 or 15 minutes before because they are quite punctual. ENJOY IT!!!

Yes, they are allowed. When I did it, I had food in my backpack...no-one told me anything (in fact, they didn't check my bag)
Also the ride office is a good stop for buying the tickets if you don't get the times you want online. They're located on 44th and 8th Avenue

We went today in the rain and nothing was cancelled! It's a nice thing to do on a rainy day.
The amount of the Groupon never expires just to promotion. Again, I would call The Ride and see what they can do. They are some of the nicest people.
