No time limit
There is no time limit, you can stay as long as you prefer. Usually, you will be done in an hour, but you can stay there longer to take in the view/ if you are into photography- might want to stay till sunset. The top most level do not have any glass barrier, so best place to take in the view. The only thing is, the place is not shaded at the top level, and not many fixed seating places.
If you go off peak the is no time limit. It costs around $40 but the are offers from time to time
Until closing
It wasn't packed with people and we weren't made to feel that we had to leave it. We stayed up there for about an hour. There are three levels: the one where you exit the elevator and two more (the highest one doesn't have any glass panels so you get good photos from there). The view was breathtaking and really emotional.
I don’t believe there is a time limit. The cost is $40 per adult.
