I would doubt it...if I remember correctly it's on the 69th floor (that might be wrong). The first lift only goes up 2 floors so certainly you can do that on the plus side the elevator is extremely fast and the ceiling is transparent with the shaft lit up...its quite a show.
Hi! I don't think so since the observatory is on the 67-70th floors. I guess you could ask the staff to take the elevator alone or just with your party. Hope you get to experience the view!
