Yes every restaurant I have ever had a problem with has made it right and I met the manager at this Captain D's I know he would help you he seems like a great manager
Call back today. Hopefully you saved your receipt, speak with Manager. They will put your name in book for replacement meal. I have had it happen to me & those are the steps I took. Put my name in the Book for refunds. Hopefully you have the same results 🙋
