Got in drive-thru line at 12:10 am on a Friday night Saturday morning, finally got to the speaker box to place my order at 12:55 am just to sit there for 5 minutes to be told at 1 am that they were closed and not accepting any more orders. I explained I have been at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting and they told me sorry (in a very sarcastic tone) they were closed. Then as we were leaving the same window person yelled at the car in front of me " do you got a problem cause we can settle it?" I was visiting Charlotte for a concert, and I hope this ain't how the whole town is I was very unhappy with service at this location

I’m going to be late for work because a simple mobile order (meal with a medium coffee) took them too long to make. I just had an employee come out and ask what my order was, so I have no idea what’s happening there. Super unorganized, I don’t think any of them know what they’re doing.

Literally just had a worker yelling and swearing at me because she couldn't be bothered to walk over to the reserved drive through spot i was directed to. All because it was raining. Embarrassing

I would agree also I'm in that area every night and recently I pull up to the speaker only to be told to order at the second window the wait to get to the second window is 15 to 20 minutes and then another 10 to 15 minutes to get my food once I order. Most times I just forgo the wait and drive off no longer convenient location
