Some how the lobby isn't open even though the door said they were. The male employee that was behind the front counter saw me and waved his finger no to me. Additionally I called the number 3 times with no answer. This was supposed to be a quick stop for breakfast on our route and ended up costing us 20 min. Very poor service. Very disappointed.

We had to wait a long time at the drive-thru line. Both for service at the speaker and once we got up to the window. We believe there was only one woman working inside and outside. She took our money and gave us food at the same window. We felt bad for her! The food was excellent once we got it but probably had to wait at least 20 minutes

Ordered my food with 3 cars in front of me…sat for 20 minutes only to find out at the window that you’re only accepting cash……the lady in the maroon shirt was very rude and didn’t seem to care at all. I understand that everyone is short staffed due to COVID, but some communication would have been great instead of wasting my time…

Sidebar...I'm upset that I had to give 1star just to write a review..... I went to McDonald's for a quick breakfast. I was enjoying it...I got almost to the end of my sandwich and I was adjusting it because it was sliding.... I saw what I thought was a burned piece of food...NOOOO it was a bug and a bunch of little bug legs... some body help me . I called the store one of the managers told me to bring it back so they could fix it 😶HOW CAN YOU FIX YOU FEEDING ME BUG'S
