I got the 10 piece chicken nugget combo and I wanted a medium caramel frappe but the machine wasn't working. I was so disappointed. I love their frappes.

This place is horrible. Customer service is horrible. If you hate your job find another. Sweet tea should be sweet but not to the point it's like your drinking syrup. Egg Mcmuffin was atleast an hour old and hard. Unreal. Never go back to this location.

The associate jumped 4 cars before me. I had to go to the window to order. When the associate "Monica" told me that I had to order again on the line and closed the window . When I asked her I wanted to talk to the manager she told me very rudely that she was the manager. When I asked her who he was district manager did not want to tell me. Then another associate arrived and took my order. What a disgusting person that Monica is. I am going to report her to district manager Linda store#23409.👎

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got into the drive thru at 11:30 pm knowing they would be closing at midnight. I sat in line for 30 minutes and I think maybe 1 or 2 cars in front of me were able to order food. I got to the speaker to order food and was told in a very rude manner, “we’re closed.” Unbelievably bad experience and customer service. For those of us that work late shifts, we don’t have a ton of options available for us to eat out at this time of night. McDonald’s is one of those places and I couldn’t not even grab dinner because of this terrible experience.

I was just there at 7 am. No delays. Saw 3 ladies that havr been there for the past year or longer
Is that a real question? Nothing from McDonald's is 'fresh' except fresh out of the freezer.
The crew's ability to respond to phone calls would depend on how busy they are. High volume periods like breakfast, lunch and dinner are not a good time to try and call. Also there could be training or even special activities going on (i.e. birthday parties, etc.) Which would affect crew availability. Also crew staffing might impact - if one or more people dont show for shifts that can impact availability to answer phones as well. I believe the Cadbury Egg Flury availability may be based on individual store participation, inventory levels (if store had sold out and hadnt got new supplies in, etc). If your questions is that "urgent" perhaps consider stopping by the store and talking to the crew or management.
