Unfortunately Arby's did not include the au jus sauce with my French dip despite me making a big deal about wanting that with my meal. I didn't notice it until I got into my hotel room. The person at the window had me pull up to a parking spot because they were waiting on my fries despite the fact that I was the only car in the drive-thu and no other car ever came through while I was there. At the end of the day it's my fault for not checking but I asked the girl who brought out my food if the au jus sauce was in the bag and she said yes. I was. Very disappointed.

I have been coming to this Arby’s for almost 30 years, and can’t recall ever having a problem. The staff is friendly and they recently remodeled their dining room area. Clean bathrooms, fair prices, short wait times usually.

Firstly, to clarify, the staff was very kind and I had a positive experience with them in terms of disposition. That being said, I called in advance to make sure they could still see the Diablo combo and was told they could. I arrive, ordered in the drive thru and no mention was made that they were out of anything. I pay for my food and receive it, I begin the drive away and realize that I wasn't given a shake. So I go back to the window and ask for my shake. It was only then that I was told the shake machine was down. 1) PSA: the sandwich is pretty dang spicy, so if you are not used to spice, you're definitely going to want the shake! 2) again, while the employees were incredibly nice, my grievance lies in paying full price for something and never being informed I'm not getting the entirety of what I believe I'm paying for. Had I know the shake machine was down, I would have driven to another Arby's where it was working, as I really wanted to try the spicy chicken sandwich and I am absolutely the kind of person who could have benefited from a milkshake while eating something as spicy as that!

Love this place after 2pm-5pm have the slider,drink,shake,cookie,fries. Yet when I walk in with my scooter folded I was told I couldn't have it in the store by the manager then he allowed me to., Then I witnessed the manager doing a good deed for a homeless person by giving them food and drink for free. This place is large and clean. Thank for your service.
