I went to the drive-thru to purchase breakfast earlier today. But, I changed my mind after I saw the price was too high, so I left. I later checked with my banking institution and discovered my card was still charged for the meal I didn't receive. Later on, I went to the restaurant to request a refund. But I was told by a manager I had to wait at least until the next morning for the general manager to get my refund. This should not be a multi-day task to accomplish.

I frequent this McDonald's regularly & great starting with the order service to getting your order has come near to perfection. Food is hot, fresh, needed condiments I have requested in your bag. The workers are friendly & pleasant.

Went there today. Long line at the drive through. I pull up and instead of a person waiting to take my order, I was instead greeted with an employee just going , "we short staffed , I ain't taking any orders right now..."... I get it, but having her repeat it 4 times maybe not . I also get you're short staffed, but there are better ways to handle that, or at least I imagine they're is... Yikes!!

Just like pretty much all other McDonald's locations this one also was full of unhappy employees almost at a miserable state leaving them incapable of smiling working efficiently or even giving a s***. I don't think McDonald's will ever be what it used to be. Yes we have gone through a pandemic and it is hard to find good workers. It is always disappointing to go to McDonald's now. There seems to be no point in asking for the manager when the manager is the one taking the orders and treating people right there just genuinely not happy to see them there to eat at McDonald's. I would also like to add that it seems like all of the machinery that McDonald's uses for their tasty treats are always broken which really defeats the purpose I was loading the family up and the car and going to McDonald's at all. I feel helpless once I've made my order and handed them money. It seems like to find a good McDonald's worker is like finding lite in complete darkness, like waiting for a miracle to happen. Do yourself a favor and just cook your food at home.
