I'm starting to think if I want to come back to McDonald's they don't treat people good where is the good service the quality also if you order drive thru they take forever

I almost never write reviews. But this McDonald's is so consistently wrong that I just had to. There was one occasion where they got my order wrong 3 times in row, back to back. It so horrible that I almost expect them to get my order wrong everytime I come here. Whoever owns this McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves...why hire people who can't do the basics?

Today I lost all respect for the McDonald's located at quail corners on park road.... They refuse to unlock there doors during the day and people who didn't have a car couldn't eat. I asked why the dining room was closed to the public and the manager said because there were to many guest in store. The place was EMPTY! I asked for the corporate number and the manager refused to give it to me. This is America and at a place like McDonald's we shouldn't have under privileged people begging you to place an order for them and giving you their pocket change to cover the bill. One of the men clearly had downs syndrome and all he wanted was to buy his own cheeseburger. Shame on this McDonald's location and the manager that was on duty. Unacceptable! Pictures of the empty dining room management claimed was so full she couldn't unlock the door☹️
