Sat in drive tbrough for more than 30 mins. Aas told just a moment and after waiting for so long we finally pulled around to window only to see then hanging out drinking the icees from the machine. Looked like they decided to say screw the customers and have there own party. Worst mcdonalds in charlotte

I ordered an fish sandwich meal.... my frys were hot my first sandwich on the other hand. The bread was hard, the fish was old, the cheese on the sandwich was old and the tartar sauce had turned from white to a clear grease which means the tartar sauce was old. No timer on the food item.

Was in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Very slow service. I have never been so long at a McDonalds drive thru in my life. Then when I go to the window the employee could not find my order and another employee had an attitude. Horrible service!!!! This McDonalds need to be reviewed by Corporate.

I am everyday customer Monday thru Friday ! But after this they will never have my business they nest up my order and didn’t charge me for fries when I notice I told the girl that handed me the food I was missing stuff and she asked for my receipt I told her I don’t think they added the fries can I add them here and you charge me she rolled her eyes and with a very nasty attitude she said NAHH YOU GOTTA GO AROUND. I said really? She threw the receipt at my car. No way to treat a customer ! I was very nice about it I wasn’t asking for free food just wanted my order to be correct ! People like this should be fired ! If you don’t like your job then quit and work somewhere where you are not dealing with customers!! TERRIBLE I WISH I WOULD OF KNOWN HER NAME!
