This is the Hardees Primal Thick Burger with a small fry. We waited for 45 minutes for this order. The burger was hot, the fries were not very fresh. The meal was over 10$. Looks nothing like the commercials. SMH

Never in my life have I had a worse experience at a food place so disorganized. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. There were several of us waiting 45 minutes. They lost several of the orders asking us again what they were Never got 1 sandwiche.. every one in the lobby and several from the drive thru asking for refunds. Awful! I will NEVER go back!

I was so hungry n da Burger n fríes were just served so sloppy and even though I was starving it wasn't satisfying at all..I was the only car in the drivethru n now I kno why...it was a last min stop but sheeesh..Hardees u culd do better....

Honestly of I could give 5 million stars I would. I went in today at 11:05am missed breakfast so ended up getting a mushroom Swiss burger & a chicken & waffle sandwich. HANDS DOWN THIS WAS THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER GOTTEN FROM A HARDEES!!! Or any fast food joint. THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT! THE EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME AND SUPER FRIENDLY!!! Honestly it was the best service and food I've had in a LONG TIME! The 6 people working that shift deserve a raise. They clearly enjoy their job and working with each other! As someone who has worked fast food before I KNOW how much that kinda vibe matters in keeping motivated in a job that isn't easy nor kind. THANKS EVERYONE FOR AN AMAZING MEAL!!! I will be back.
