This seems to be the only McDonalds location in the world that never has your mobile order. I’ve come here a handful of times and each time the same thing - I get to the drive- thru, I give my code, and the cashier says they don’t have it. And for some reason, they can’t say they don’t have it nicely. The customer service here is lacking!! At this point I just drive the extra miles and go to the Derita (Concord Mills) location, they’re awesome there!!

Do they even know what 'sweet tea' is? The tea we ordered was NOT sweet at all, and my husband threw the ENTIRE cup away! He only got half of his order and the food was cold! There are literally TONS of other restaurants we could have went to, but we chose McDonalds and it completely sucked! You REALLY need to get it together because this particular place makes ALL McDonald's in Charlotte look bad! If you're going to advertise certain things then have those things available or don't advertise it at all!!

This location is really a hit or miss. Just make sure to check your order before you pull off if you’re getting something through drive through because there’s a 50/50 chance that it will be correct. Also a 50/50 chance that food/fries will be hot. Some employees are really nice and some will rush you through your ordering. It’s basically just a toss up but if you really want McDonald’s, it is a McDonald’s.

I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches thru drive thru out of which 1 was deluxe meal with sprite. I was supposed to get deluxe sandwich with cheese and tomatoes but sandwich had only lettuce (mistake1). My sprite was just a plain soda (mistake2) seems both sprite fountain ran out. I went inside with half bitten sandwich and soda, the lady who took my order refused to give me sandwich replacement (mistake3) and she offered me tomatoes to add on my half bitten sandwich and I said sure but my sandwich is cold. SHE even took my half bitten sandwich to heat on their oven (THIS WAS WOW SPECIALLY DURING COVID TIMES). But the manager was super nice to help sort out things gave me sandwich replacement and my sprite and also shout at the lady who refused to give me my replacement.

That is a good question. It happened to me earlier this week for a slushie drink. Prior to this week I have never had an issue here. I would think it would be more confusing having everyone park and then try to remember what goes to who. One of the workers brought me a meal and I nicely informed her that the meal was not for me. I did tell her the drink I was waiting to get. She was very nice. But she did not have it.
Maybe they short on crew. And for security they keep door locks. And open them by 6:00 AM
There is no good reason this is 2021 they should have an option for what ever problem they have
