Why does Northlake mall McDonald's say on the door they open at 0500 and at 0530 the doors are ALWAYS locked? Then it says open 24 hours a day and that is not true either go by there at 0530 and the drive through has cones blocking the entrance .

Maybe they short on crew. And for security they keep door locks. And open them by 6:00 AM

I have no idea why drive thru is blocked nor why doors aren't opened at five. I've never been that way at those times! Drive thru has always been opened at 3am-4 am, when I've gone by... Contact the manager or company. Hopefully, they will answer your questions!!!
