Such a beautiful place... great place to enjoy an ice cream on a warm summer day. Or just stroll the waterfront enjoying the water views of the harbor, or the historic homes.

Sure

There appears to be a small dock at the north side of the park. Is this available to the public? We would like to bring our dinghy across to explore downtown. We are parked over at the marina near the aircraft carrier.
