I can say that Charleston Flower Market has worked with me on many arrangements with a range of different budgets. Most recently, I needed an arrangement for $25 as part of an end of year teacher gift. They were able to make a beautiful arrangement within my budget.
Paulette, I'm sorry you didn't like the flowers. We sent the market box with white and green hydrangeas and pinks roses, as you requested, mixed with other seasonal flowers . Our arrangements are not identical to the pictures and the flowers we use change with the seasons, but we always try to include the flowers our clients request if available.
