Love doctor kultz his staff. Especially Dani. She was so sweet kind and a good customer service person. Doc was great with me thru surgery as well as the roper eye surgery center. I had an appointment and the office left me a message that they had to cancel it and asked me to call them to reschedule. I have now contacted them 4 times and left voice-mail asking them to contact me to reschedule. So far, nothing from them. Don't expect customer service here.

The worst customer service. Very young technician extremely rude. Looks very young and acts like it too. I would not recommend to anyone based on her attitude.

I am a patient of Dr. Wright. I have list my eye glasses. If I want to get a new pair...do you have my last eye exam to write me a prescription or do I need to.have an eye exam I also have contacts. Can I use these (# on top) to order glasses?
