Beautiful, peaceful place. Definitely recommend driving through or parking and walking.

It is one of my favorite places to go to in Charleston, S.C. This cemetery is worth a drive from anywhere to see in person. You will be amazed when you visit Magnolia Cemetary. I have never seen any that comes close to it. A great way to spend hours @ a time & a experience you will never forget.@ night time you can go check this out with Bulldog Tours. One if not the very best touring company we have down here.

This is one of the Charleston gems off the beaten path. You basically have the 90 some acres to yourself any given day for biking, walking, birding, or settling in for a good book underneath the oaks. The graveyard tells the story of victorian age Charleston as the city excelled post civil war

Beautiful old cemetery that you can drive through. Has a confederate memorial that you should not miss. Beautiful old monuments and headstones.

Wikipedia has a good list.
Yes. There is a clean port-a-potty outside of the cemetery office
Yes. It's open to the public during the day.
It is a bit far to drive, imo.
Bethany Cemetery..I was there last weekend
Anyone can be buried here.
No there is not. Only Findagrave or the main office. The office has the full list.
It is free during the day and I recommend the tour at night (there is a fee) through Bulldog Tours. Very informative and a little spooky.
