I don’t know how they operate under the name Chick-fil-A??? The breakfast biscuit tasted nothing like a traditional Chic-fil-A biscuit and it and the tater tots were cold! The icing on the cake on top of the location, is that because they operate as a separate franchise they don’t allow you to use your rewards app! The lady who did check me out was respectful, but that was the only positive. I really love Chick-fil-A and will continue to support them. I hope they could look at all of the low reviews and hep this location, so there brand stays in tact.

This is the worst ever Chick-Fil-A. Who owns this location? The guy preparing and disseminating food is always rude. Overall the customer service is poor. The food is subpar.

This has been the worst chick fil a consistently for over the last 12 yrs. It was inconsistent at best when i went to college 10 years ago and i give it a try again only for them still to continue to say they dont have chicken 10 years laters. I litteraly see the chicken behind the counter. Charlotte has changed a lot but this place consistently delivers subpar service if it even delivers service at all. The woman that runs the register is the only redeemable quality about this place.

Please Chick Fil A. If you have any decency, shutter this location immediately (Gateway Village). Cold food made earlier that just sits under heat lamps. Minimal selection. Surly employees. The only reason anybody eats here is because it's the only place to go in this area. I hate Chick Fil A now because of this place.
