I must say my food was very good! It was hot and fresh! My order was correct as well. The customer service could’ve been a little more professional, but overall a good experience! I would definitely return to this location!

Poor Customer Service. Received uncooked chicken and missing items from a meal, and did not receive drink with order. After driving 30 minutes across town with my family that was helping me move to my new apartment, I was told that the manager on duty did not have refund authorization and a refund would be processed on the ensuing day and could not be done that evening. The next morning I return, WITH THE FOOD, only to be offered replacement/vouchers and no monetary compensation. Jeff graham refused to give me my money back, and this is my response is stead of causing a scene. I am irate, and will seek further compensation.
