This was a very disappointing visit. First the shake machine was down. Then there were no crinkle fries. Then I indicated I was over 55 and I did not receive any senior discount. Then the wagyu burger had no tomato, 1 small cube of red onion and no sauce. Then i had to ask for three pepper sauce & napkins. This was a birthday lunch for the guy who got the burger. He wanted a "good burger & a shake". I suggested he try the limited time wagyu burger because I know that is an expensive meat. His special day was not so special after that trip.

Went here Friday and ordered a dip and swiss, curly fries and a root beer. I had a mix of crinkle and curly fries that were cold, my sandwich was out the box and inside the plastic bag. My ausu sauce was spilt in the bag. Added to an already frustrating day. Do better guys!

THESE Were the two tomato slices that were put on my super roast beef sandwich just now! REALLY?!? I just wanna go back through the drive-through and ask for the manager and throw them! Oh! And had to reheat our food and we live only 2 minutes from The restaurant… had to reassemble the super roast beef because it was thrown together like garbage! REALLY?!? Dine in closed because of “lack of help”!

I'll never go back to this Arby's!! The manager is VERY rude! I asked to upgrade my drink on my kids meal, I understand it can't be upgraded all I wanted was my drink a large instead of kids sized! She steps in and blatantly told me NO!! There's always a problem, food never hot, order always wrong! I work at a local hotel and I'll NEVER recommend them again!!
