I am seeing lot of one star review. Also seeing that new management charge tenant for their office elecricity and water usage on property. Looks like new management raised water bill almost double with same usage. Is it true?

Yes, I moved out over a month ago and Im still fighting to get my deposit back after they double charged me on my last water bill which I had already paid. Don't do it.
