Why would an employee walk into a room to check if it is occupied instead of say, knocking? Why don't you keep track of what rooms you've already booked? Why would you give out keys to rooms if you aren't sure if they are booked previously?

I know this isn't the place for this question. But I want maximum visibility of this issue for anyone else that may stay here. And I know to latch my door. The only reason it wasn't latched is because I had just went down to the front desk 20 minutes earlier to complain about them sending guests to try and get into my room twice. It was like 11pm and I wasn't thinking clearly because of how angry I was about being continually disturbed. You don't need to try and excuse them, it was completely unacceptable.

I will go with accidents and mistakes happen frequently o but so do many other things as well. I worked there and it did happen and actually prob a bit of accident and maybe purpose who knows. But I guess maybe keep ur latch on next time just incase.

This isn't the forum for that type of question. You need to take that up with management.
