Before booking please remember it’s a 2 star hotel. So, expect the service accordingly. During the check in they have provided a paper containing their regulations, but they will never act according to that paper. The internet service is so poor. There are reviews regarding poor internet connection. I should take that seriously!!! I have call several times for fixing the internet issue as I have to do work from home. They took 72 hours to fix that but after 5 hours same picture. I didn’t call again to fix that. I was so tired and try to manage myself. If you are sensitive about noise and sleep issues, this is not your place. I and my husband heard the footsteps from upstairs during 3 am!!!!! Just to mention all the day we heard footsteps but don’t bother it. But during late night when have to work next morning it’s really unacceptable. The cleaning service is bad. There are some reviews regarding dirty utensils in the kitchen, that is 100% true. I also found that. They have written in their rules page they will provide room service every 4 days for extended stay. After 7 days of our stay we didn’t find that!!!! They also told that if any guest need any extra thing like towel/ soap/coffee they can assist in the front desk. Here is the point to be noted whenever you asked for extra things after not getting room service during your 7th day of stay they can show you extreme rude attitude. Be considerate about the reviews before booking.

Been staying here for work for the past few weeks. Staff is awesome and breakfast is good, done before 6am most mornings. Makes grabbing a quick coffee and snack before work really convenient. Will definitely come back in the future.

Lovely hotel, affordably priced, and conveniently located just off of I-90 and I-79. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Adequate work space for business travelers. Stayed in a large suite at the holidays and had great supplies to cook for our family meals. Chose a smaller room for solo business travel and was not disappointed. Buffet breakfast makes it easy if you don’t want to cook for yourself.

Stayed here three nights in June with other family members. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were spacious and I appreciated the residential size refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and that is saying a lot for someone with a very bad back. Front desk personnel and housekeeping were all very nice and welcoming. Housekeeping needs to ensure all rooms have the same items, out of three rooms there were missing washrags and mats for bathroom. Front desk quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast was standard small buffet. This is a great option for those wanting a kitchenette room near restaurants and shopping.
