Woke up at midnight to bed bug bites on my torso, arm and face. Found them crawling all over the sheets. Notified the front desk and he was very helpful - was able to put us in a different room and said he would issue a refund. I carried my 4 year old son to the new room, thankfully he went right back to sleep. But I didn't sleep well after that! Spent two hours checking clothes, suitcase and showering to make sure we didn't transfer the bed bugs with us. Very traumatic experience. Update: the hotel manager contacted me the next day and apologized for the experience and assured me that they take this issue very seriously and would be treating the room as soon as possible.

Unclean. Peanuts on the floor, causing both allergy hazard and choking hazard for babies staying at the hotel. Our 9 month old found peanuts on the floor in the hotel after we arrived. Fortunately we noticed before he ate them. Generally very unclean. Shower did not work at all, only bath did. No soap, but fortunately some shampoo left.

The staff were very nice and the place was mostly clean. Apparently the hot water is not reliable. The breakfast is one of the worst I’ve had.
