Will never stay here again. Our room was so dirty trash under the bed, dirt built up on bathroom door, huge stain on mattress (only noticed because the bed wasn’t completely made) and black mold on shower curtain. This was brought to attention of hotel and offered condolences but was told they are going to be getting renovated and getting new furniture. We were never offered to switch our room however, we were given reimbursement for one day which we ended up leaving 2 days early. I have tried reaching out to cooperate but not getting anywhere. No one should have to stay in a place like this, completely unacceptable.

They do not have daily room service. Room was showing wear. We were told this location is due for a remodel which explains a lot. Staff was very friendly. As far as location, you just couldn't beat it. We had a room with a view of the Bay and sunsets. Was within walking distance of the Bicentennial Tower which is a beautiful stroll. Has an observation deck for 360 degree viewing. Overall, the hotel was nice and centrally located for driving around Erie. I'd recommend it!

Lovely hotel and conference center. Carefully maintained. Friendly, attentive staff. Good quality food. Strong Starbucks coffee. Beautiful setting on the lakefront. Great meeting rooms. Lovely guest rooms with quality linens, quality lamps, and furniture. Nice business center with two PCs, updated software, and free, fast laser printer. Convenient, connected parking garage. I wish all hotels were as crisply run as this one. Bravo.

BEST STAY EVER! This is my second time I have used this hotel and hands down GREAT experience again! The rooms are wonderful and the staff is phenomenal! Very personable and there for your every need! Thank you very much for making my family and I feel welcomed and comfortable!

Yes they are. They usually place your room on the fourth floor. There was a Canine convention there a couple of weeks ago, there were dogs everywhere!!! The staff are very kind to the pets!

There is a marina in front of hotel but not sure if it is private. There is a parking garage only. Wonderful place to stay with view of bay!!
