We were visiting my son who was performing at the Chautauqua Institute. We had to move our stay since the previous hotel at the Hampton Inn nearby was filthy and smelly. Lisa, the manager here, made sure that we had a nice quiet room on the 5th floor. It was very clean. This place is close to many restaurants. It even has Walmart and Sam’s nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay clean lobby, clean rooms bed was very comfortable nice pool area restaurant had great food. felt safe the front staff was amazing. Definitely will stay there again.and close to everything.

This place has the worst beds I have slept in in years. The bags are incredibly stiff and they are broken down. They all lean toward the wall. It's a real shame because other than having the worst beds in a hotel that I've been in and a long time, this is a nice location and a nice hotel. Please get new beds for new mattresses at least.

The room was dirty there was pop from the people that stayed in room before us sprayed all over door in bathroom and wall. Empty popcorn box in cabinet where the microwave was . Big stains on the bed covers. I wouldn't stay there again honestly . The front desk people were nice that's about it .
