Ok so yes to the pool question and yes to the breakfast...the breakfast is served by their in house restaurant and it's not free but it depends on your hilton honors status you can get it for free.
Pool included with lodging, but expect to pay more for breakfast as it's not included.

There is a pool. It is big enough in my opinion. There is a good restaurant with a nice breakfast buy it is extra.
Breakfast is not free, but very good with omelette station fruit and other buffet offerings. There is a shallow pool but not big enough for an adult workout.
