The front desk ladies were super nice and worked hard to accommodate us; HOWEVER, the bed is hard as a rock and is the absolute worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept in!! Be aware-there are rooms that look out to the indoor pool and will overpower you with chlorine. I would request a room not facing the indoor pool if you don’t heed advice and do decide to stay there. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The room was up to the usual standard for this chain. There was a clock in the room and a fan in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and observed professional safety standards. Breakfast had decent choices for a hotel breakfast. The lounge was spacious and would work if a larger family group was staying at the hotel. The pool area was nice and spacious. The hotel was easy to reach from the interstate. I recommend it.

Kelly was amazing and so sweet. She literally was a life saver to us. Chris was also great and helped us in everyway. Staff is wonderful. Place is so clean. Had a great stay. Highly reccomend staying here if your in the area.

We were given a joining rooms which is really helpful since I travel with small children. The breakfast was stocked and cleaned often. I have stayed here before so when we were traveling for basketball and cheerleading which both happen to be in Erie, so I had several friends book their stays here as well. They gave me the flexibility of a later checkout since I was running back-and-forth between two sports and didn’t have enough time to pack up before check out. Great job staff see you this time next year!
