We loved Rickie at the front desk! She was so kind and welcoming, definitely a breath of fresh air after traveling and getting in late! Wish they had a hair dryer, but certainly wasn't any reason for a a bad review! 😉 We have no complaints about our visit and will stay again!

Had a fantastic experience when staying here. Specifically due to the over the top customer service I received from Rikki who helped me out when I was in a pinch while traveling. I will return for that alone. My room was clean and comfortable as well. Thank you for everything!

Hotel is outdated as most reviews state. I have to admit I was super nervous about staying here because of the reviews. Paranoid even. IT WAS NOT LIKE THE REVIEWS SAY. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy! The sheets were crisp and smelled of bleach. The bathroom of course was outdated but it was clean and smelled like it was just cleaned. The price is a little high considering the older building and amenities. The staff do what they can considering no one wants to work after covid. They are nice and outgoing. The girls at the front desk were accommodating. I would stay again.

Where to start??? First the room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in it for years straight. The rugs were stained and ripped. AC was not on because they are still in “heat mode”. Bathroom had broken tiles and chips in the bathtub. Mold everywhere. Shady parking facilities. Lobby was in shabby condition. Area around hotel not to great either. Chose this hotel because of an event at the Erie Insurance Area was close. Do yourself a favor stay in a chain hotel, Holiday Inn, Marriott, Wyndham etc anywhere but here. It will be similar priced and much better quality.
