Fantastic stay. Very friendly, warm staff with a clean updated hotel. This hotel is 1000 times better than higher end hotels that charge $400 or mor a night. Definitely stay here again. Loved the great attitude and warm welcoming faces from all staff. Stayed 2/19-2/21/2022

Shelly is beyond excellent customer service. Very clean hotel. I need to do laundry and she put me on the level where the laundry is so I don’t have to go far to check and get my laundry. They have all kinds of yummy snacks and a variety of detergents for laundry. The room and bathroom is spotless. When I’m back in town I’ll definitely be here again! Thank you Shelly for great hospitality!

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Hotel is very clean, modern and updated. The breakfast was great and area was cleaned frequently and replenished. Huge shout out to Shelly at the front desk who really went above and beyond to help our entire hockey team from being "homeless" for the night. Absolutely great experience.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic! Everyone from the GM to the front desk team to the woman managing the complimentary breakfast are SO nice and accommodating. You can tell they all actually enjoy working there! We were in town for a hockey tournament and got a ton of snow. Our games were delayed and we weren't sure if we'd be leaving as scheduled. They worked with us every step of the way and made it so we didn't have to worry about our hotel rooms if our plans changed. On top of that, the hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We'll definitely be back, couldn't recommend this hotel enough!
