Every stay at this hotel has been terrific! Any inconveniences we had they were immediately fixed, and the restaurant is such a pleasure to go to. The breakfast bar is a great addition, and you can't beat the views, especially when the sun sets. The staff is fantastic every time and so willing to help.

My kids and I had so much fun here and the staff were all SO NICE. From Paul the manager helping us get to our room when things kept falling off my luggage cart, to the awesome front desk staff, all SO nice, to the sweet hostesses and great waitress at Shoreline, to the outdoor and indoor pools and hot tub that my kids loved (apologies to the couple who look like they were trying to have a nice moment in the hot tub before my children barreled into it with zero subtlety or awareness the other night 😂). Just a great stay and the view is stunning. We can’t wait to go back!

The view is lovely but, the balconies connect with little privacy. Even while seated you can see the guest on each side of your balcony. The staff was helpful, the restaurant was delicious the Market was convenient and the walking trail is very enjoyable. The hotel is nice and modern, unfortunately the room was unclean upon arrival. Obvious clumps of hair in the shower and stained, bedding. I won’t be returning based on the cleanliness of the room.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was at capacity over a holiday weekend and yet the service was perfect. We brought in food from local restaurants and ate in the lobby, but the servers at Shoreline and lobby employees brought us plates, water, and silverware. We enjoyed two meals at Shoreline also…great service. Throughout the stay, every employee was attentive and friendly. Whoever does the hiring and training: keep up the good work! This is a great hotel to visit!
