This attached hotel to Splash Lagoon had a great, free, daily breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Depending on which end you brought the curtain to, there was a big open gap on the other end due to not enough shower curtain to cover the whole rod. Signage from/to Splash Lagoon from/to the hotel is BAD. It's VERY easy to get confused, turned around, and end up in another attached hotel. Signs could really use updating, making them all bigger and brighter, and easily seen and read by adults and children too. We had an overall good stay, and would recommend nights here while enjoying Splash Lagoon.

The rooms were very clean and everyone was very nice. We did have to wait a whole for our room but it's understandable since a lot of people go there for splash lagoon for one day and they need to clean it after. But overall, no complications.

Tried taking showers in the evening, there was no hot water at all! Front desk says to let it run for 15-20 min to get hot water! Did not work. Then the water was running behind the wall & leaking out onto the floor & not just from our room but also the room above us. Bathroom was almost constantly wet! Mold growing in the showers. Exposed outlets with a non-working alarm clock plugged into it. Some breakfast items were stale & juice machine was only turned on during breakfast.

We tried to check in 3 times before our room was actually ready. Once we got to our room there was a large patch of drywall in the wall and around it was covered in black mold. I went to the desk and asked for another room, due to the health risk for myself and my family. The staff was very rude and told us that one was not available. I asked for a refund and was told that was not an option. We did eventually get moved to another room that was smaller with smaller beds, that was fairly cleaned. I asked for a reimbursement and again was told that was not an option. Most of the staff was rude and unfriendly. "Heated" pool was not heated. The plus was the breakfast buffet was good and offered a large variety.
