The kids didn't want to swim since the pool was so foggy, the fitness center was closed, and our floor didn't have an ice machine and the other 2 floors were out of service. The icing on the cake was that our bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There was a bottle top seal stuck to the wall in the shower. When I went down to the front desk to tell them they said I'm sorry I'll make sure they hear about that tomorrow. Makes me wonder what other corners were skipped.

I stayed the 23rd until the 25th for a birthday weekend. Room was clean aside from some small stains on the pillow case on one side. Checking in was a hassle - and took longer than necessary. a woman at the front desk couldn't find my reservation, and tried to check me into someone else's room and added my credit card to their account as well as my phone number and then had to remove it. Night staff the first night was just .. strange. The man made uncomfortable and asked if I was staying alone, all because I wanted another blanket because the first one just wasn't soft. With the creepiest smile or else I would have thought maybe small talk. Was then told they didn't have any blankets, sheets, or towels at this time. I checked back the next night and that same man acted even weirder towards me and made a comment that "I shouldn't have slept the whole day and asked day staff, that he can't be lifting because of a surgery" and then made a comment "least you can do is help since you need this blanket so bad" as a woman I was extremely uncomfortable even though I wasn't ( thankfully ) staying alone and avoided the front desk after these two encounters just out of fear he'd say something else and make me even more uncomfortable. I was even considering staying another night, but didn't want to after that. Had no other complaints or anything of that nature, just was slightly disappointed the ice machine on the first floor was broken and that the following night the ice machine on the second floor broke.

I will never stay here again. Ice machine leaked for two days. No hair dryer, hair conditioner or lotion in bathroom. Saw a guest walk in with 4 dogs. Can’t imagine sleeping in a bed that 4 dogs may have slept in. Complimentary Breakfast looked disgusting. A guest hogged the cart to take luggage to their car while they were sitting having the disgusting looking breakfast. Asked the front desk to ask them to unload to their car so other quests could use but would not offer assistance. Senior citizens need access to the carts. Would not cover myself with the disgusting looking blanket on bed.

Best part of the stay was the comfortable bed. The coffee pot didn't work so went to Tim Hortons , the hair dryer didn't work, the shower water comes out in a trickle. The hot breakfast was terrible. The eggs smelled and tasted spoiled, so I couldn't eat them. Many people in the dining room must have agreed as they all left their eggs uneaten. For the $ to stay here, definitely not worth it. The "heated" indoor pool was freezing cold. Staff were great. Amenities sucked sadly. Would not stay here again.
