Properties don't always pay on time and they can't pay you until they've been paid.

Same for me and it shouldn't take months when they tell you reassuringly 4-6 weeks. Thank God I didn't need moversor I would still be waiting. The service is a joke will never use again.

I had the same issue, but contacted my representative via email, and it was resolved quickly. And they followed up and apologized. Hope this helps.
