10/2022 Update: I’ve been living in the community since 2017. We’ve had all positive experiences until as of lately. I’m updating my review due to the lack of appropriate responses from office staff. We had a parking issue as there is never available parking near our building and the solution was nothing, to stick it out. We recently had our car robbed and the solution was to terminate our lease early. As of recently with new office staff, we have been given “easy way outs” of a conversation and no actual problem solving has been happening. We’ve never had such inappropriate responses in nearly the 6 years we have lived here no matter the problem that has arised. As I pay to rent a living space, I have always expected assistance in our problems and not easily being dismissed. Nonetheless, we have completely still been satisfied with how great the maintenance staff is! 2019 review: We’ve been living here 2.5 years going on 3 years. Maintenance is on point, all our work orders are done at a timely manner even if it’s late at night. They are all very friendly and always greet you with the biggest smile while they drive around the property. The office staff no matter the person is always very responsive and take care of us so well. Our problems are always resolved in an appropriate manner.Management has been changing and the faces get friendlier and friendlier. We appreciate all you guys do for us with community events, quickly responding on all inquiries, and always making us feel right at home. We’re hopefully planning to renew our lease soon for the 3rd time thanks to our wonderful experience.

(Update) The past few years have not been good to the Creekwood community. An increase in parking lot robberies has gone unaddressed. A security officer driving by once a night does nothing to ward off would be thieves. Management suggest residents do an early termination on their lease instead of finding a proper solution. We should be using our resources better to keep Creekwood safe instead of repainting the parking lot every other year, adding new grilling equipment to the pools, or renovating apartments to increase prices. We've been living in Creekwood for almost 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The manager, Tara, has always met our every need and has been courteous! There are always community events and great food! I would recommend theses apartments to anybody looking to settle down for awhile!

I made an appointment to go tour one of there apartment complex. When I got there they were closed even though I made an appointment. So I waited till they got back. I went in, the lady in the office was talking to someone. I’m waiting patiently. She comes out the office very rude. Asking me am I here looking for an apartment. I said yes I am. Then she went on saying in a very rude tone saying that she doesn’t have anything until December. But she never asked me when was I was looking to move in or anything. And December would’ve been perfect. So I left because I would never rent with someone like that. If they act like this now, imagine how they would act while you there.

I use to live here and left a very good review when I did. Let me just say, if I EVER have to come back to this apartment complex to live, it will be my first choice! I loved living at Creekwood. Jose, the maintenance guy, Ms. Tara the Manager, and Elizabeth were AWESOME!! They always made you feel right at home.

2 bed rooms we will have Nov 15th. Going for 1368 at 1235 sqft 1bed room is going for 943.. 705 sqft with sunroom We are around 10-15 mins from the airport
