This place is very unorganized theres never noone in the office... they have horrible foundation the wallsbare cracking apart! They have a HUGE bedbug festation... they NEVER FIX ANYTHING real bad ROACHES ..they charge for pest control THEY NEVER COME TO SPRAY EVER! THEY DONT COMMUNICATE IN THE OFFICE!

This post started 11 months ago Never answer the phone I applied in June and got denied based on credit which is understandable but they never refunded the deposit. It is now September and every time I do talk to someone they say let me message corporate it been a month since I last talked to someone these apartments a a scam!!!! You will never get any money back they might as well say on their applications that deposits are non refundable. Way to run a apartment complex. That's why the reviews are the way they are now. Update: It is now February 4th 2022 and still never received my deposit. This is some very unprofessional apartments they take your money don't waste your breath the bad reviews are real. Update as of April 21st 2022 So I guess the apartments seen my reviews or noticed I never received my deposit. They called me on March 14th and asked for a forwarding address to send the check to it is now April 21st and haven't received it. Update August 8th 2022 Still no check no call it’s been over a year. I placed in my deposit on June 16th of 2021 smh I basically lost hope a long time ago but I wanted to do a great deed by warning everyone not to go here. If they can’t provide your money back like it’s saying on the application no telling what will happen once you move in.

Lived there for two years. Apartments are not very nice. They screwed me out of my deposit after I left.

Update: 3 months later and still no refund!! It’s been over 1 month, and we still don’t receive our deposit back. Got declined for this apartments , but got accepted in las colinas for 10x better apartments. Don’t waste your money on this apartments, they do not refund your deposit. AND DONT ANSWER

Supposedly 8 but the hours are hit or miss
They are not quite brilliant enough to provide a mailbox for residents to put checks in. If you suggest that, they will probably say "we don't do that".
