Raggedy apartments with almost $2000 in Rent. Why would anyone pay that for old apartments even they are remodeled. THEY ARE OLD. New appliances??? (well I hope your new appliances can cook food for me too since the rent is so high)

Very racist community , the Hispanics let it be known that they don’t want any African Americans in the complex very nasty glares and very rude residents . If that’s not enough two of our cars were tampered with . They keyed one of them very badly and took the gas fuel line out of the other one and even went as far as throwing paint on the car as retaliation one we notified Irving police department of the constant harassment. We have not been here for no longer than a month and we are already moving forward with breaking our leases do to all of the racist things that have taken place and the leasing office has done nothing to solve the issue even though there are tons of cameras on the property. Imagine picking up your keys and being warned to watch your back and your car . If I could give this place zero stars I would . Do not move here if you want to feel safe . Our children aren’t even safe !!!! I could go into more detail but I think you guys get it .

Terrible terrible place. Not only do they take your money but they add expenses that aren't suppose to be added. Maintenance is no where to be found. Took them 2 months to give me a window a/c when they told me the units tanks were old. Roaches everywhere. No one stayed in their our dwelling longer than 2 months besides my neighbor who left because of the same issues and she was there before me. They will take your money.
