The worst experience, cockroachs, not working refrigerator, owful customer service, the pool and the gym ain't work, AC not working either, there's not a single good thing about this apartments, really move here just if this is the last place on earth

We had a horrible experience living here. The staffs act like they’re doing you a favor renting out to you. Work orders took months to get resolved, noisy people walking all over especially evenings, dirty curtains hanging in balcony & patios, wouldn’t recommend to even my enemies

i lived there for several years i have nothing bad to report very nice friendly staff and always got my apt fixed when anything was broken very good place to live .

To be honest I've been here for 2+ years. And even recommended these apartments to friends. But communication is terrible. And there are repairs that still haven't been fixed from the Snowmagedon of 2020/2021. I have one missing counter top as well as wood flooring that hasn't been replaced and still has tarp over it. Now there is mold due to my water heater flooding my apartment and when talking to the office they told me they were waiting for my insurance to fix the problem. I plan on moving out even though I already paid this month's rent.
