I have lived here for several years and this is the worst management team I've experienced. I've waited months for my screen door to be repaired, then replaced after the maintenance worker destroyed it. Main office says 'screen doors have been discontinued by the supplier, so they just aren't doing that anymore'. Yeah... Home Depot has plenty of generics in stock. After calling constantly I got the ripped screen on my window replaced but it took 6 months. Since ventilation here is horrible I needed to air out the constant Pot small from my last neighbor. Rent renewal was a mess, no one ever seems to know anything. They imposed new pet screening system with a $25 processing fee that was never disclosed and not refunded. So who knows when fees will randomly be charged with out notice. Water is constantly turned off. No enforcement of trash cans, I basically trip on them on my way up stairs. This place has gone way down hill, beware.

**I chose NOT to live here and my review is based solely on the condition of property / price** This place is pushed by every locator service and all I can figure is because they must have amazing kickback to them …? Even the model unit has water damage from what I have to assume was the freeze of 2021 that you can see through the hideous popcorn ceilings. This place is hot garbage but the people in the office are nice. $1660 for a 2nd floor 2/1 unit PLUS $115 IN FEES. I know the market is bad bad something awful but there’s no way you’re getting your moneys worth here. Sorry. No way.

Rude management, way overpriced for an old apartment complex. Management never fixes anything.

Do yourself a favor and do not move here. It seems nice and great, but WOW this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management was absolutely awful. Camila was always so rude to me. The maintenance people are nice but they do NOT fix things properly. We had 4 leaks in less than a year. First leak was in our bedroom and it ruined our rug. When they came to fix the leak I showed them the water damage inside and asked to check for water in the walls. The maintenance guy knocks on the wall and said “it’s not wet so it’s fine”. (Pictures of how they fixed this leak and the damage included). The second leak was in one of the bathrooms. This leak bubbled up the paint so I called and they came out and said they fixed the leak upstairs and they were going to let the wall AIR DRY. Fast forward a few days and it’s still obviously wet, so the property manager comes out with a tool and says yeah it’s still wet so we will cut a hole in the wall and bring a fan in to let it dry. (He didn’t come out to the apartment until I sent an email…) I asked if it would possible for them to pay a portion of the electricity bill since it took over a week to be fixed and the fan was running the whole time. His response was “it shouldn’t cost too much to run the fan”. I decided to give that up because it wasn’t worth my time and energy. The other two leaks were in the other bathroom, luckily no problems there. Also, they have emergency water leaks EVERY MONTH and shut off the water all the time. If you absolutely have to live here, best of luck. But if it were me, I would find somewhere else to live. Edited to add: new management just started. Hopefully that changes things.

Don't live there, but a friend does. She has complained of issues with water in general. Sometimes the complaint is that there's no hot water. Other times, it's that ALL the water isn't available - problems with the water main, they say. It's definitely her #1 issue with Hyde Park.
I have called a bunch of times and only get their voicemail
Exactly 💯
