Don't ever get an apartment here. As we were moving out, they claimed our apartment was empty when we were still moving stuff, and threw it all out. Go to Fort Worth.

I've had a leaky ceiling in my bathroom for 3 weeks now, (currently 6/3/22, first contacted them on 5/13/22) I have called management and emailed them 2 times at this point with videos showing water pouring from the ceiling. I was told it would be fixed 3 weeks ago when I first called about it, but now they don't even respond to my emails and everytime I call the office no one answers. Don't waste your time here since they are also raising the rent without improving the units in any way, all they've done is cosmetic stuff to the outside to deceive you into thinking this place is not as bad as it is.

*update* I am not able to reply to owners reply but no the issues are still not fixed. Everything is still the same as of today 3/16/22 and yes I have continued reaching out to them*** I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Constant flooding and mold issues. My first apartment here flooded severely everytime it rained and i waited a whole year before they transferred me apartments but only because i upgraded to a 3 bedroom.(my old apartment is now being used as a maintenance storage). Also in the process of moving they only had my first deposit on file and not the second half so they lost my $350 deposit out of the whole $750 i paid.I have now been in my 3 bedroom for 3 years with constant leaks and flooding and broken promises of fixing the issue from every manager that has been rotated through here in the last few years. There is mold throughout the ceilings in my bathrooms that i have also reported. There are holes and cracks throughout the apartment from flooding and maintenance emergency never responds. We have been very patient but are now also seeking legal action. This is unacceptable living conditions especially when i have never once been late on rent or caused any trouble. When I mentioned seeking legal action and wantung to move out and not pay rent (after several reports of these issues and nothing being fixed)to the manager she told me to do what i needed but that a lawyer will only recite me my lease. I do not believe I agreed to constant leaks, floods and mold in my lease agreement. They have also stated to me that there are other plumbing and floodibg issues going on throughout the complex. I have never in my life left a bad review or any review anywhere but this is just not right! I also have pictures and videos of everything.

All depends on if it needs freon start capacitor or a new unit
Larry, you need to be quiet. You write a review every few weeks complaining about something yet you still live here. Your comments hardly make sense. If you believe you got it all together, take your butt down to the post office and change your apartment number. I've been getting your mail for 2 years.
Yes I will try. Maintenance man should be only electric and plumbing flooring walls. But not being in people business and telling people off. The neighborhood watch telling people that someone cares about them and about the apartments. We need to take pride on where we live.
No
No. The new manager gives notice unless it's am absolute emergency.
