Why do dogs are let outside to bark? Also there are bears, fox etc. I live on kewaskum road and hear this poor dog barking. This bothers me. I love animals. Now he stopped barking. Terrible people. Sorry to say

Highland Lakes is a private lake community. Members pay dues every year to support and use the facilities. It is not open to the public.Try the State Park, Waywayanda up the road.
