The Chalet apartment is a fantastic place to stay. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-kept. The leasing office staff, Walter and Nuvia are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you need something fixed or maintenance help, they respond promptly and resolve the issue. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Is it normal for rent to be raised without any notice I have never heard of such..I didn't get anything as to say rent would go up
They close at 5:30 daily except they are closed on sunday. I moved out a year ago so this may have changed.
